Professor Rauf Sobulo believed that no brilliant student should abandon education because of financial hardship. He spent his life opening doors for others and RASAF exists to ensure those doors never close.
To provide financial support covering; Tuition fees, Living allowance, and Learning resources.
Provide academic mentoring, career coaching, leadership development, and personal effectiveness training that prepares students to think critically, lead confidently, and compete in a global environment.
Create opportunities for students to enable them build professional networks, attend local and global leadership conferences, participate in career fairs, access internships, and develop employability skills.
Individuals and corporate organisations can adopt a student through the Foundation by providing financial support, mentorship, foundational career exposure, and career guidance, while the Foundation ensures transparent governance, programme oversight, student monitoring, and impact reporting.
